Summary
Before the curse could touch Yuji, it was tackled by what looked like a giant centipede with the head of a snake and the forelegs of a praying mantis.
A moment later, the curse was dead and the creature turned to face him. Yuji scrambled back, startled, before realizing that it wasn't attacking him.
Instead, with a bright flash of cursed energy, the creature was replaced by a girl who looked a few years older than him. She spoke with a bright smile and cheery voice,
"Bonjour, Itadori! Are you alright?"
