Seulgi feels her thunderous heartbeat as she takes in the apparition in front of her, painfully accurate to what she remembers that she thinks this must be a dream. The panic rushes out so violently, just with the possibilities of touching the girl who has haunted her dreams because she’s never been this close in the realm of her subconscious. Jaeyi is always barely out of reach. So when she sinks to her knees, her hands curl into the lapels of a jacket before pulling hard. There’s a surreal sensation of Jaeyi’s body slamming into her and she lets herself pathetically revel in the solidity of it. It’s her dream. There isn’t a mountain of subtext and rules she has to follow here.
“Where have you been?” she breathes out with her head buried in the valley of Jaeyi’s neck, “I’ve missed you so much.”

She holds the lollipop up until she can see the quickly fading light through the translucent hard candy. “I don’t really see why you need me if it’s just a drop off.”
“You wanted a job, so get to work.”
Yeri sighs before she throws her arm back and launches the lollipop into the air as far as it will go, then watches it drop down the five stories of the cram school to grace the sidewalk. Just in time to see students pouring out and crunching the candy until sticky pieces wedge under their nice three-hundred dollars shoes. Well, maybe not all of them are wearing those. Yeri rests her chin on a propped arm as she stares at Jaeyi and Seulgi…doing whatever bad reconnaissance they're doing behind a car.
