“Lock the door, first,” she whispers, and while it takes Tim a few seconds to grasp her meaning, once he does, he’s striding across the laundry room, flicking the lock, and then stalking back into her space.
“We don’t have long,” he whispers, but Lucy just shakes her head as he unzips her weather and shoves it off of her shoulders. She lets it drop off of her arms and then surges into his space, her chest pressed against his as she pushes his jacket off and slides her hands under his black t-shirt, her fingers digging into the muscles of his stomach as he shivers and crowds her back against the washing machine he’d been folding clothes on top of.
“We won’t need long,” she gasps. “I need you, Tim. I need you.”
