Natalie really wasn't understanding anything that was going on, Misty was weird. Stranger than usual. And now she looked at her with those huge, shining eyes, not answering anything.
“Where are your glasses, why aren't you wearing them?”
“In the shelf. I think I look prettier without them.” She smiled sheepishly making Natalie frown and go in search of the glasses.

Misty wanted Natalie to think she was beautiful. Maybe changing her clothes and hair wasn't enough. Or maybe she wasn't so wrong and Natalie just needed a little push.

Something told Jan this would be a great opportunity to get revenge for all the humiliations Jacqueline put her through and also a great chance to earn extra money, and this idea wasn't just an excuse for her to help her lonely, depressed boss. Not at all. "Also I want a declaration of love, that's protocol, you have to be romantic. And it's better to be convincing because you're going to have to work hard to make my family believe that you will be the right woman for me."
