However, possessing this knowledge made it no less aggravating for him to discover — a full two minutes into his rant about his day — that he’d been venting his frustrations to a complete stranger. He never needed and alpha and he certainly didn't need one now. He was starting his classes in college when his attention is captured by a student who is late almost every single day they have class. At first he thought the unorganized student wouldn't make it, but that was until the damn guy beat him in the midterms placing first. First in a subject Katsuki knew inside and out, it pissed him off. He was going to show this Beta how much better he was! We'll that was until a perfectly balanced system crashed a burned in front of the blonde's eyes, he wanted to look away and not help but like a moth drawn to a flame, he couldn't stop himself.
