Oh, that would’ve been nice, of course. Why not? But that’s not what went down exactly, because Kai will tell him that Beomgyu didn’t even remember him, or chose to erase him from his recollection. Beomgyu paid him a visit to hire him as his wedding planner, Beomgyu is engaged to an extremely beautiful gorgeous woman, and last but not least, Beomgyu is getting married soon. In two months or three or a year—he doesn’t know, it doesn’t matter.
Well, it kind of does, Kai will suffer through it til the end, miserably. He could’ve turned it down. He could’ve made up a billion excuses, but he didn’t, because that means he’ll learn about Beomgyu again, in a different light, and perhaps fall for him again, which is, very cliche and level 200 stupidness of him.
Regardless of the fact that Beomgyu was indifferent to him after they haven’t seen each other in six years.
And so he tells him.
“Wow” Yeonjun begins, “that’s a lot to take in,”
Kai nods his head miserably, moving to get his laptop.
“What are you gonna do about it?”
