Hans gave a startled laugh, muffled into Henry’s neck. He tugged him closer by the nape, breathed the word into his jawline like a kiss.

His free hand wandered lazily down Henry’s stomach.
Henry groaned into the pillow and pressed a kiss to Hans' temple. “Always am for you, my love,” he whispered back, voice thick with heat.

Henry opens his eyes. It’s cold outside, or there’s a fire in the mantle inside, or there’s revelry downstairs at the Devil’s Den, or a warm body beside him until it’s not there anymore. A story inspired by the Somnambulant negative perk.

The sting of the last slap still bloomed hot across his arse, a sharp counterpoint to the deep, aching emptiness inside him. Henry's other hand was a torment as a finger was buried knuckle-deep, crooking just so, making his hips jerk and a sob catch in his throat. "You want it?" Henry's voice was a low rumble against his spine, devoid of mercy. "Then ask properly."
