After being diagnosed as Quirkless, Izuku is abandoned on the streets to fend for himself. Being cold and starving, he doesn't think too much about the weird finger jerky he finds and eats out of a dumpster. He may be Quirkless, but at least he now has a friend... right?

Summary
Izuku was born with a rare type of soulmate: parental. After being diagnosed quirkless, his father leaves and his mother becomes distant, leading Izuku to believe his third parent would do the same. Desperate to retain a positive relationship with his soul-parent, he keeps them at arm's length for fear of them rejecting him too.
Shouta is worried about his soul-child. Over the last few years they've become withdrawn. Shouta isn't naïve, he knows why children get parental soul bonds. He just wants to make sure they're okay (and maybe meet them and maybe adopt them). Maybe he is just as much of a dad as his friends say.

Midoriya Izuku had enough and decided to take his childhood friend advice after All Might's crash his dream, but when he jump he didn't expect someone save him.
"Remember kid whatever someone says to you and no matter how alone you are always remember, I'm always with you and everytime..."
After all the kind words the Mist man name Shirakumo Oboro turn into a guy with light blue hair, blue eyes, tan skin, and kind smile despite the bloodied look he still look at him with kindness and gentleness that no one else had given him.
Shirakumo Oboro maybe despite his quirk or that he was supposed to be dead broke into tiny pieces of mist and vanish.
Not long after Izuku realize that Oboro give him a farewell gift.
