“I made that big of an impression?” Spencer joked, treading up the stairs slowly, as if walking into the threshold of his apartment would make the phone call end.
“Yes,” Tommy answered, a little giggle intertwining with his voice. “I just… I think you're awesome, Spencer. I already asked, and I can free my weekend up after six tomorrow. We can stay in, and watch a movie or- or go out! Whatever you want.”
Spencer was smiling so big, he almost wondered if Tommy could see it through the phone.
