They say that the Scarlet King is an all powerful Elder God that gained self awareness and pain, ate his own family and other elder gods to grow more powerful, raped a goddess for a week until he killed her then used his own daughters to make more babies to conquer everything and succeeded but felt empty that is until Absolute Death (SCP-2935) saw the potential in the Scarlet King if he used his powers to help others even if he still wants to rule the multiverse.
