Something that the young doctor was used to, even if he did not always enjoy it.
But when he wanted to make this known, he was captivated by a broad and radiant smile, as well as by large dark eyes that could captivate him with just one look.
How could he have known that his life would be greatly changed by this meeting, as Luffy just didn't seem to be a person who would give up without a fight.
