  Summary

  Nearly a year after the end of the Death Curse, Lucien is still struggling to adapt to his new life in Port Nyanzaru. Recently enrolled in a local school, he has yet to make any friends. His former party, now adoptive family, arrange for him to speak to someone and understand his struggles. It becomes apparent Lucien is not the only one struggling.
