Summary
Team captain of the Toronto Sceptres, Paige Bueckers has spent her career learning how to handle pressure, expectations, and the players standing between her team and a win.
So when Minnesota Frost’s newest rookie, Azzi Fudd, steps onto the ice, Paige knows she’s supposed to see the enemy.
What she doesn’t expect is to find herself drawn to the one person she’s supposed to hate.
With every game comes a new challenge, every matchup a little more personal, and every line between fuck buddies and something else becoming harder to ignore.
Because sometimes the person you’re supposed to hate the most is the person you can’t stop thinking about.
