    Izuku is born with a bird quirk, specifically the Kea. Now armed with bird instincts and an insatiable curiosity he joins Yuuei's support department. Power loader needs a nap, or maybe a resignation form, Aizawa is laughing until Izuku comes for his class the bastard bird boy now becoming his problem too.

    In other words, I think Kea are really cool and exciting so I just decided to combine my two most recent obsessions together, now you gotta deal with it.
