Summary
Levi Ackerman hasn't had an easy life, but he doesn't complain about it. He's turned his life around and started his own teashop with the help of his successful, brainiac friend Hange. His life is good now. Simple. Until that blond bastard Erwin Smith waltzes his way into it with his stupid kind smile and turns it all upside down.
Armin Arlert is alone in the world. He has his best friends, Eren and Mikasa, at university with him, but no family to speak of. Until he meets Annie Leonhart. She's hard and intimidatingly silent, but Armin somehow finds himself worming his way into her good graces and the two become unexpectedly close. Levi pushing their teashop dates longer with extra treats doesn't hurt the budding relationship, either.
Levi and Armin grew up alone and lost and they've gotten used to it. Alone is fine by them, until they realize, maybe they don't have to be.
