the wind whipped at the police tent that sarah and the remaining pogues sat under. everything around sarah, from the beeping of the machines, the crackling of the radios, the rustle of rain jackets and jj’s constant bouncing leg was overwhelming her, and yet one thought stood out. She should have been with John B on that boat.
______Basically I really like the AU of what if Sarah never made it onto the boat with John B, so I took the idea and ran with it. Sorry if this story is hard to follow, I wrote it in my notes app in the middle of the night
