Summary
In most versions of the myth of Theseus, Ariadne and the Minotaur, the story ends with Ariadne being abandoned on the island of Naxos by Theseus. Numerous different explanations for this can be found in the various retellings of this tale, and this short story asks how Ariadne might have punished him for his abandonment if she had been granted magical powers by Dionysius (one of the more popular variants of the story being that she left with / was claimed by this god on Naxos). It also serves as a justification for pages of explicit minotaur-on-man smut.
