Summary
Chenle is distinctly aware that calling off a friends-with-benefits arrangement with one of your bandmates—who is also one of your best friends—in the middle of a tour is such a terrible, terrible idea. Especially knowing full why it had to end because one of you broke the one and only rule they ever set:
The arrangement will be over if one of them catches feelings.
“‘When’,” Jisung corrected back then. “Shouldn’t it be ‘the arrangement will be over when one of us catches feelings’? ‘Cause I’ve seen how it usually ends in movies and real life.”
“No, it’s ‘if’. Just a possibility, not certainty. We can’t afford losing our friendship and band just because one of us happened to catch feelings. Besides, I don’t do relationships. And I’d like to assume you’re wise enough not to get your heart broken.”
Well, Chenle was wrong. Jisung, in fact, was not wise enough. And for that very reason, they had to call the thing that’s been going on for seven months off to save him from heartbreak.

Summary
All in all, Jisung shouldn’t even be an option—too much history, too risky. Chenle is not thrilled to jeopardize his friendship with Jisung for an innocent sex because what if he rejects his offer, then it gets awkward and they’ll never be the same? Or, what if he accepts his offer, then it gets awkward and they’ll never be the same? Both outcomes are scary, and could potentially lead to a rift between them. One thing is for sure Chenle is not ready for losing Jisung as his best friend.
On the other hand, though… The chances of them growing distant is slim, if not zero. Highly unlikely given their long history and strong bond. Nothing could—would ever—break them apart, that’s another thing Chenle is certain of. No amount of bickering and fights managed to end their friendship in the end. What’s in the harm of friendly sex between best friends, right? No harm, no damage.
Or, Jisung takes Chenle's virginity.
