Summary
Kokichi is dying.
As each day passes, his hanahaki disease grows worse, and nobody knows. He's totally fine with it, though- even if someday he shows up dead, he'd rather bring the fact that he has no idea who he's in love with to his grave than risk anybody finding out.
Of course, not everything goes his way, and things only get worse as time goes on.
