“Azriel?” My head shoots up, eyes locking onto the angel’s face. I let go and straighten up, resting my arms across my chest.
“Sorry, Ollie. I didn’t realize you’d be awake.” I say, clearing my throat to rid my voice of its uneasiness. Oliver sits up, wings wrapped around himself, eyes still heavy with sleep.
“Why’re you in my room?” He asks, an almost accusatory tone present in his words. Oliver reaches down to his wrist, subconsciously twisting his halo in a circle.
