Lars jolts slightly--he hadn't seen her at the table--and then internally reels at the words. "Maybe," he confesses, and she perks up, intrigued. She pushes out the chair next to her and pours him a cup of coffee. Lars doesn't bother resisting: he sits next to his grandma and eats two cookies while he puts his thoughts in order.
