Summary
Grantaire is a struggling and poor art student who is barely passing his classes and managing to battle with his past alcoholism. His friends Joly, Bousset and Musichetta introduce him to their group Les Amis a ragtag group of queer kids who are set on world change and rebellion. Enjolras and Grantaire struggle to become friends and then both struggle with feeling love for the first time, all as Grantaire struggles to keep his head above water and Enjolras is trying to save a world that is damned.
