    flo had worked for hawkins police department for years. so much so that when her niece came back to town to visit the woman who practically raised her alongside her parents, she went first to the police station where her aunt introduces her to the chief of police. except, they’ve most certainly already met–and it did not go well. set sometime post season 2, pre-season 3 then goes into season 3 events as well.
