Please don't willingly feed my work to AI. This includes uploading it to Speechify, which states in their user agreement that they reserve the right to redistribute, reinvent, and make money off the content you upload and has already done so. Screen reading services that are built into your browser are fine.
I love art based on my works, as long as it's fan-made and NOT generated by AI. If my fanworks inspire you to create a related work, please check the section below. You can contact me through my tumblr (@ekingston), or by leaving a comment on the work in question.
Please don’t create remixes or recursive works based on my works. ‘Adaptations’ or ‘conversions’ like you find on Wattpad are synonymous with copyright infringement, whether you admit you didn’t write the material yourself or not. If you copy my work and post it elsewhere, I will make personally sure you regret it.
If you choose to share your art on AO3 only, there’s no need to notify or credit me beyond using the 'Inspired by' link. If you post it elsewhere, feel free to link back to me or my fic or my art and send me a note so I can reblog it!
Podfics: generally yes, but please check in with me BEFORE you begin recording with the intent to share! AI or AI-assisted recording is a NO from me.
Translations: please check with me before you begin translating one of my works with the intent to post it to AO3. Do NOT post translations of my works to sites outside of AO3. And if you intend to only put my work through an AI translator and not actually do any work yourself, that's an automatic NO from me.
Fan-binding: only for personal use. Please check in with me before binding my works. Please only hand-bind my fanworks (no printing service).
