Summary
I once saw a tumblr post about the night Charlie Weasley and his friends came to get Norbert(a). It said something along the lines of "it makes a lot more sense when you think of Charlie and his friends as overworked grad students who decided to fly across the continent to pick up a dragon on a whim."
Now that I am a grad student, I find this extra funny and accurate. And I wanted to write about Charlie - how he became a dragon biologist, what "grad school" looks like after Hogwarts. This will essentially be a character study, with little vignettes of different important moments in Charlie's life. I'm planning to try and keep them chronological.Also, it's been a really, really long time since I wrote for fun, and I've never really dipped my toe into writing fanfiction, so please be positive in the comments!
