Hanahaki. A disease born of unrequited love, where the patient coughs up flower petals from flowers blooming in their lungs until their love is returned or the patient dies. The flowers can be removed with magic but the feelings disappear with the petals. Kougyoku falls and she doesn't quite know what to do.
