Summary
After the war, Draco was alone. His parents, gone, running away from being convicted, or found by people who saw them as traitors, leaving him in a manor far to big for himself and a mind far to broken to handle it.
He tried to change his image, by helping clean up Hogwarts, giving some Malfoy gold away to many foundations that were helping out witches and wizards that were badly affected by the war. He let people look down on him for a change, spit on his shoes and call him 'pureblood prat.' and 'deatheater scum.'
When he wasn't sitting in a corner of the manor or getting hexed in Diagon alley, he found solace in the muggle world. His favorite place being a small coffee shop, where he tried different coffees and stared at the barista.

And the boy delivered a snide comment to the friend Harry had gained on the train, Harry was confused. He knew, he was so sure, that this Draco and the Draco he met when he was 8 were the same Draco.
