    Hythlodaeus, determined to not get Azem censured, would even go as far as to seduce the most eminent Emet-Selch to achieve his goals.

    “Tell me, Hades, does it embarrass you? To feel this way, here and now? To want this?”
    The sound of his name on his lips - spoken so softly, so intimately - was like a strike of flint against dry tinder, albeit accompanied by a mocking intention.

    It did embarrass him, the fact that Hythlodaeus was a tempest — capable of igniting an inferno within him, but also reducing him to a hollow husk. And still, he gave himself willingly to the lavender-eyed man.
