“I'm not going to leave you,” Jake reassured, voice soft and barely above a whisper. Heeseung let out a breath he was hardly aware he was holding. They fell silent— again. As though they haven't been quiet the entire time.
After a while, Heeseung spoke up. “What if I am the one slipping away?”
“You're not. You're here, with me. And I'm not going to leave you,” Jake left a peck by the side of the other's lip. “Do you feel far away from me?”
Heeseung nodded.
Jake smiled.
“You want me close?”
Heeseung nodded, again.

In which Heeseung finds himself in a daze after a bad day at work, wanting to only submit to Jake and have his worries be taken care of. Jake, on the other hand, finds satisfation and love in caring for his baby hyung— cooking, bathing, even cockwarming to satiate Heeseung and remind him he is his.
