Summary
When young Fleur enters The Choosing Days hut ready to find out his destiny in his small village of Waerhaven, he hopes for a sword like his best friend or at least, not a farmer's shovel. Instead, young Fleur receives a book he can barely read and the ability to make fire appear from his bare hand. From there, he goes on a journey to find himself a teacher and along the way, finds out not all wizards are wizards, lands he could have never imagined, and even a time-travelling tree.
But it's not just a time of change for Fleur. The map of the whole continent threatens to shift as well as Fleur isn't the only new power on the rise.
Join Fleur as he tries to navigate growing up, travelling strange new lands, political upheaval, and literacy all at the same time.
