If Hugo had arrived a few years sooner, and one villainous alchemist became two.
This is an idea formulated from a discord rant that @Gues posted, where Hugo shows up in Old Corona after the events of “Queen For a Day”. He partners up with Varian and they have a villain arc together, because you know what’s better than one crime alchemist? Two crime alchemists! Lady Caine and Donella also make appearances, because I love the trope of “crime mom and her smaller crime son”. Hector and Adira may feature as well, once I figure out where the plot is going.

UPDATE: As of right now, I won't be writing anymore of this. I might come back to it eventually but I'm pretty uninspired VAT7K-wise and kinda in general. I wouldn't want to release anything I don't deem good enough quality as this story and VAT7K mean a lot to me.
