“Noodle,” 2D replied with a breath he didn't know he was holding in. He felt the tension leave his shoulders as she moved away from behind him and sat down beside him on the steps.
2D smiled at her, to which she returned softly.
“It's cold out,” she muttered, glancing down at the pile of cigarette butts that accumulated next to 2D’s feet.

Summary
2-D forgets his medication at home and by the time they get back he's got a nasty migraine. Things only get worse when he realizes that he's completely out of pills. Unable to get more he's forced to simply weather the attack, later Noodle and Russel attempt to help him, but what can you do against a migraine?
