Summary
After his partner dies in the field in a tragic accident, Auror Harry Potter is in over his head and desperately wishing for an escape. The last thing he expects, however, is for that escape to come in the form of Draco Malfoy. After giving up the names of several undercover Death Eaters, Malfoy is released early from Azkaban under witness protection. When he manages to drive off three highly-trained aurors over the span of a year and a half, the Ministry appoints Harry Potter to protect him as a last resort. Harry agrees to take the position only after learning that the Ministry revoked Malfoy’s wand and relocated him to a muggle city in New York, far from the crowds and press of the wizarding world. All of Harry’s expectations go out the window the moment he lays eyes on the now grown up—and infuriatingly attractive—Draco Malfoy. Everything Harry thought he once knew about him is turned upside down, and his life along with it.
