Summary
Sometimes Hyunjin despises being born as a hybrid. The meticulous care and upkeep that his fur requires gets tedious, the way his tail flicks or his ears twitch when he's upset gives him away no matter how hard he tries to hide it, and worst of all, he has to go into his stupid, miserable heats three times a year, sweating and whimpering in his bed, longing for touch that he won't allow himself to have. Subconsciously he knows that the suppressants he takes to curb the desperation can only do so much. After two years of heats, of fevers and aching and leaking slick all over his bed, maybe he was rethinking the decision to stick to suppressants over finding someone to mate with.
Maybe, just maybe, the collarless cat hybrid that saved him (and that he kept bumping into again and again afterwards) could be a good candidate, if only he weren't so...
Blunt..? Reckless..?
But maybe that's just what Hyunjin needs.
