Harua stepped into the elevator and took it down to the third floor where their office and studios were stationed. He tapped his foot almost subconsciously and stared at his phone screen again as he started to think about what he'd tell his boss. She'd be freaking out for sure, at least a little bit, and he'd come to find out that good photoshoots only happened when his boss was in a good mood.
He was already beginning to go through his mental list of groveling apologies when the elevator doors dinged open.
'Hi.'
'Hey,' Harua said distractedly before his head shot up.
Asakura Jo – his neighbor, K's brother, and Harua's childhood crush was standing in front of him with an awkward but endearing smile on his face.
God, Harua thought. I'm going to kill K.
