Summary
A decade after the War ended the Number 5 hero Uravity finally decides to rename her national Quirk Counselling Programme after the girl that inspired it, the girl she has dutifully mourned all this time.
One Himiko Toga is, in fact, alive and well in the US having been bartered between the Japanese and American Governments eight years prior. Grace Larson, as she is now known, is a successful spy, travelling the world and doing the bidding of the CIA.
After Uravity’s announcement her handler unexpectedly offers to finally let Himiko return to her home country and tell Ochako she is alive, with a condition attached. It results in quite the reunion.
