Akutagawa has the immense pleasure of watching absolute terror wash over the man’s face as he realizes the fatal error he’s made. He almost manages a laugh before he’s swept into unconsciousness, collapsing back into the dust like a puppet with severed strings.
If he’d have done enough research, he would’ve known just how stupid it was to hurt Akutagawa with Atsushi around.
Nothing in the world could save him from the tiger’s wrath now.

As Atsushi and Akutagawa return from a mission, they're followed by an ex-Guild member with two guns and a bone to pick. Things go from bad to better than expected much more quickly than Akutagawa could have anticipated.

He doesn’t understand that reaction. Is it kindness? Pity? But surely it can’t be when it comes from Dazai-san, Dazai-san who seems so ready to cut himself off from the rest of the world.
