Summary
In the records of Stargate Command, a young man named Eli Wallace is credited with the discovery and naming of the piece of Ancient technology now known as the kino.
Students of such things within the program are hard at work in their labs, hoping to recreate the device on Earth. Eli himself, wearing a borrowed body and a rank he will never obtain, has led meetings and seminars, discussing the inner workings and capabilities of the small devices. He has been called brilliant, intrepid, and a lucky son of a bitch.
On Destiny, he is most often called a voyeur.
