Summary
Good Omens fics where a character has a mental health condition such as OCD, bipolar etc.
Given the themes of Good Omens, it is common to see PTSD or anxiety in Crowley and Aziraphale. Only fics where this is a significant element are included, otherwise this list would be verrrrrrry long!
Fics have any rating (G to E). Fics with Major Warnings are not included (for my own mental health). There are some fics where Crowley or Aziraphale are in an institutional setting, skip those if it's not good for you.
