Summary
When a toddler Matthew appeared at Alfred's doorstep in the dead of night; barefoot, blank-eyed, and wearing centuries-old clothes. One terrible truth becomes clear: Canada died. What's more he did something unheard of among nations, regress back into a toddler. Now Alfred and the rest of the G8 have to scramble to figure out how, when, and why Matthew died.
But there's a problem: There's not one Matthew. There's two and the second one isn't as cute.

The angst is great. Made my eyes water during some parts. I liked how each chapter contains 3 parts. What's happening in the present, a positive memory followed with a depressing one. It got me immersed and I binged this in a night. It portrays Thomas' grief in an accurate way and how it affects him and the others. Absolutely delectable, and an awesome read. (⌒▽⌒)

Awesome rewrite! Really liked how the author incorporated both the movies and books. As for filling in Dashner's plot holes, I believe it was done very well. Overall an awesome read that I binged in a day. :D
