    For Wei Ying's 17th birthday, his best friend Lan Zhan gives him a jar full of origami stars to decorate his room. Lan Zhan buys the colorful paper himself, cuts them in little stripes, and folds each tiny star carefully.

    What Wei Ying doesn't know, is that Lan Zhan wrote a confession inside each of the stars.

    Wei Ying can still hear Lan Zhan’s voice in his head reprimanding him on many different occasions for breaking the Gusu library code of conduct. “No eating in the library, no drinks in the library, no loud voices in the library, no sleeping in the library, no stripping in the library.” That last one wasn’t even fair! Wei Ying hadn’t known his t-shirt had been stuck to his jumper when he pulled it off! He didn’t mean to show his nipples to the entire archive room!

    Wei Ying can’t help pestering the pretty library assistant, but maybe the assistant doesn’t mind all that much…
