Summary
He takes a deep breath, hoping that Victor doesn’t notice it, and then replies.
“Yeah I’m fine. Mom is just being a bitch again.” He lets out a laugh in an attempt to convince Victor that it’s all just a joke, that it doesn’t truly bother him. But the laugh comes out as humorless as the situation feels and Yuri knows the second he sees Victor’s face that he hasn’t convinced him.
“Yuri.” Jerkily, he pulls away from the hand Victor reaches out to him. He doesn’t want to be touched right now. Not when the room is spinning and his heart feels like it’s about to implode.
“No.” He shakes his head, “Don’t do that. I don’t want your pity.”
