They stared right into each other’s eyes, both of them holding their breaths. Satoru’s fingers slowly brushed against Suguru’s own and it gave him goosebumps. He licked his lips, swallowing the taste of cigarette away and his eyes slipped on Suguru’s mouth, slightly open, waiting. The world stopped for them that moment. The song probably ended, but in Satoru’s head it was playing in a loop, making him feel like a hypocrite, because he didn’t know how loneliness felt like since he met the boy who was sharing a breath with him that moment.
or, just an university au about Gojo Satoru finding out that love is something that blooms for years and wanting to kiss your bestie isn't something every boy in the world is thinking about.
