Summary
Seonghwa had never known a life that didn’t revolve around music. At sixteen, he was offered a position as the royal family’s court musician, and for the most part, his life had been easy. At least compared to others his age. He had everything he could’ve asked for, as long as he continued to play his violin.
That all changed when the royal vessel he was traveling on was raided by pirates. Instead of hurting him, the pirates decided they had no use for a captive but plenty of use for an entertainer.
Seonghwa’s life had always belonged to his violin. But now that he’s aboard Captain Kim Hongjoong’s ship, Hongjoong is determined to become the most important person in Seonghwa’s life—whether Seonghwa wants him to or not.
