After a year or so in the clink and a few rounds of therapy, Daryan's thrust back into the real world to deal with the consequences of his actions again. Former rockstar money may be able to pay bail, but it can't fix his reputation. Without his life in the spotlight or his desk at the precinct to go back to, seems he's got to start back at square one again; finding a shitty job. He's got a handful of skills. It shouldn't be too hard.
Oh, wait. Most people don't want to hire murderers.
...Or that's what he thinks, until he takes an interview at Gyaxa and only gets asked a total of 3 questions. Sure, he's just the dude hired to fix the lights but, isn't this place pretty important? What's with the weird tense atmosphere? Why are there barely any employees here? And worst of all, why won't this starry eyed idiot leave him alone?!
