   Summary

   Benjamin Hargrove never gave much thought to the family that had abandoned him or the twin brother he'd never known. He lived a quiet life, working on the pier, spending his days out on the water, and keeping himself busy. That is, until the day a startled, doe-eyed brunette called him "Billy" before passing out at his feet.
