The day after Akiyama Mizuki disappeared, she wished so desperately to stay, to let things return to normal, to keep the bonds she'd formed, but she had already run too far. Still, she wanted to at least pretend.
In other words: a post-mizu5 fic where Mizuki disappeared for good, and only Niigo were aware (doesn't quite align with canon but 🤷).

Summary
When Ichika wakes up, it’s to nothing but gentle snores from Saki, louder snores from Shiho, and the peaceful rise and fall of Honami’s chest as the four of them are splayed out on top of each other.
The world is silent, except for her girlfriends’ sounds while asleep, and trapped under Saki’s iron hold on her waist, and Shiho’s leg over hers, the navy blue haired girl has no choice but to observe the three other girls sleeping peacefully.
The still only light blue hue of the light falling underneath the curtains is a telltale sign that she’s woken up too early, if Honami still sleeping doesn’t say it anyway; the brunette is the earliest of them all, definitely.
Ichika smiles.
The sight is too familiar, yet all too cute at the same time.
