He had gotten used to being snapped at, shoved up against some cabinet, pressed up against a wall until the knee between his legs threatened to cut off all circulation, when he couldn't stay in his place. This, however, the Vegas sitting silent and shivering like a wet pup in front of him, was new. It burned, somewhere in him. Not the kind of fire he'd want to share with someone else. it was acrid, bitter, made his skin itch with violence.
