Summary
Maitimo was looking at him intently, and feeling as if he had been caught, Findekáno felt a blush rise on his cheeks. A smile spread slowly across Maitimo’s face. Maitimo stood, placed his cup on the ground and strolled off into the trees, glancing back at Findekáno with a wink before disappearing into the darkness.
It was clear to Findekáno that he was supposed to follow, and, he thought, it was not a challenge that he could reasonably be expected to resist. He drained his own drink, set the cup aside and followed Maitimo into the woods.
