sam is next in line to be queen in the kingdom of duan pen, but her grandmother will only let her ascension happen once she marries a man to lead beside her. although it was against her likeness, sam agrees to appease her grandmother.
mon hated living like a puppet, which is why she hated being made to tag along with her brother to finalize his engagement with the princess of a neighboring kingdom. but she agreed nonetheless because it meant getting away for a while and she appreciated the thought.
nonetheless, the finalization of the engagement between man and woman unknowingly brings along the best thing sam and mon could've asked for. but with all the obstacles in their way, will they be able to push through and prove true that love wins?
